Katrina and Anushka to star in Veer Zaara sequel
Anushka Sharma’s next big film with the Yash Chopra banner is rumoured to be a sequel to the 2004 blockbuster Veer-Zaara. The film will star Anushka, Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif and will go on floor in January 2012.
Anushka is rumoured to be essaying the role of a lawyer which was portrayed by Rani Mukherjee in the last movie. However, the actress has refused to divulge any details about the film and said that it is an honour to work with a Yash Chopra.
The film is a hard core romantic movie. Anushka Sharma will join the cast later in April as she is busy with the promotion of her new flick ‘Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl’. The film will be a Diwali release of 2012.
This will be Shahrukh’s second diwali release after ‘Ra.One’.
